Product Manager role in Bellevue, WA gathers complex data inputs from multiple sources and leads analytics initiatives for strategic decisions. This position requires strong SQL, Python, Power BI and Tableau skills, plus experience building dashboards and reports, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field; seven years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related field; five years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new data sources to enhance business outcomes and support strategic objectives.
• Provide insights and leadership guidance on trends and drivers; prepare reports.
• Assess business needs, prioritize projects and drive reporting requirements to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable data architecture and analytics solutions.
• Drive requirements clarity and ensure delivery meets agreed-upon specs.
• Communicate key insights to leadership based on analyses.
• Proactively identify enhancements to reporting and analytics processes.
• Complete complex ad-hoc research, analysis and reporting.
• Serve as subject-matter guide on the team.
• Create data visualizations and analytical dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
