Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments, backlog management, user story development, and sprint planning (JIRA and Azure DevOps).
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for MarketPoint data and analytics platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners with guidance on strategy and prioritization.
• Oversee data products and platforms supporting reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities and visions.
• Prioritize backlogs, investments, and enhancements based on value and capacity.
• Drive roadmap planning and execution for cloud modernization initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, testing, and adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and value realization metrics.
