Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Product Manager for MarketPoint data and analytics to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery across sales reporting and insights platforms. You will guide Product Owners and partner with business and technology teams to prioritize investments and modernize cloud data capabilities.

You will own lifecycle from strategy to adoption, establish KPIs, and drive value realization across multiple product teams while promoting customer-centered solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of product management, product ownership, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story development, and sprint planning (JIRA and Azure DevOps).
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities and technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Planner.
• Passion for delivering customer-centered solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for MarketPoint data and analytics platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, providing guidance on product strategy and delivery practices.
• Oversee a portfolio of data products and platforms supporting reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and establish visions that drive outcomes.
• Prioritize backlogs and investments based on value and capacity.
• Drive roadmap planning for cloud modernization initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and value realization measures.
