Job summary

Bayesian Health is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Data & Analytics Platform team. You will design and scale data pipelines, build reliable data models, and enable analytics that inform clinical AI performance across hospitals.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to turn complex clinical data into actionable insights, with emphasis on data quality, security, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years building scalable, secure data or analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform (preferably AWS).
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, transformation frameworks (dbt), orchestration tools, and BI tools like Tableau or Quicksight.

Responsibilities

• Build the platform's foundations with data lakehouse/warehouse, scalable pipelines, data modeling, and data quality improvements.
• Enable self-serve insights with LLMs and automation for clinical, client success, and product teams.
