Job summary

Bayesian Health is hiring a software engineer to design and scale the data and analytical platform that supports our clinical AI products in hospitals. You will work with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and product managers to turn complex clinical data into reliable insights.

You will build secure pipelines, data models, and tools that monitor performance and enable self-serve analytics for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in building scalable, secure data/analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks (dbt), orchestration tools, and BI tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
• Experience leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design pipelines and data models for scalable analytics platforms.
• Build tools to monitor product performance and enable self-serve insights.
• Improve the platform as new products and health systems are added.
• Ensure trustworthiness of data used to measure product success.
