Bayesian Health, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Data & Analytics Platform team. You will design and scale data pipelines, data models, and tooling to support real-time health insights and clinical AI performance across hospitals.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, product managers, and client success to deliver reliable analytics, monitor platform health, and enable self-serve insights with LLMs and automation in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in building scalable, secure data or analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform (preferably AWS).
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Deep knowledge in modern data and analytics technologies, such as cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks (e.g. dbt), workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools like Tableau or Quicksight, and keen ability to integrate with existing infrastructure to enhance capabilities.
• Experience in leveraging LLMs in distributed data processing and analytics systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build the platform’s foundations: Develop our data lakehouse and warehouse with secure, scalable pipelines to power analytics and ML; drive data modeling, orchestration, quality, and scalability improvements.
• Enable self-serve insights with LLMs and automation for clinical, client success, and product teams, including review of clinical cases and trend discovery.
• Power performance monitoring for clinical AI by designing pipelines and data models to track KPIs and model performance across clients and modules using real-time data.
• Set company-wide analytics standards by defining measurements and ensuring trustworthy data behind those measures.
