Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own the roadmap for its 3rd party data strategy in a senior, data‑driven role in Miami. You will partner across departments to ensure purchased data meets stakeholder needs and delivers business value.

You will lead analytics, data governance, and dashboards, shaping enterprise data and guiding teams toward impactful solutions in a fast‑paced homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred and 8+ years in analytics engineering.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud data ecosystems like AWS Redshift and Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL, plus Python or R for advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytics for Lennar’s 3rd party data strategy and drive the roadmap.
• Lead data infrastructure improvements and ensure data governance compliance.
• Partner with data product teams and senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions with a focus on usability and insights.
• Mentor and develop analytics teams; manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
