Expertise in Tableau, SAS, Python, and AI/ML is essential, along with a current BI or NACLC Public Trust clearance. Remote work is primary with some onsite support in Washington, DC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical lead developing dashboards, analytics models, and data solutions.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting using Tableau for actionable insights.
• Perform advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data processing with SAS and Python.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics and business optimization.
• Write and optimize Python scripts and analytics workflows for data transformation and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and data engineers to translate requirements into scalable analytics.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to analysts and data scientists.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in analytics development.
• Design and optimize data models, queries, and datasets to support high-performance analytics.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
