Onyx Government Services, LLC in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Senior Technical Lead, Data Analytics. This hands-on leadership role combines expert analytics work with guiding a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver enterprise-scale insights.

You will design and deliver dashboards using Tableau, apply SAS and Python for modeling, and develop AI/ML solutions that optimize decision making. A security clearance is required, and occasional onsite work may be necessary in the DC area.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on analytics, data science, or BI experience.
• 2–4 years of technical leadership in analytics teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on technical lead, developing dashboards, analytics models, and data solutions.
• Build interactive dashboards and reporting using Tableau.
• Perform advanced data analysis with SAS and Python.
• Develop AI/ML models for predictive analytics and forecasting.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to analysts/data scientists.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in analytics.
• Design and optimize data models and datasets for high-performance analytics.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
