Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a federal client in designing, developing, and delivering data-driven decision-support products. The role focuses on extracting data from multiple source systems, building trusted datasets, and delivering complex dashboards and analyses for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data analytics or related fields, strong communication for client-facing work, and hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, ETL, and BI tools such as Tableau

Qualifications

Must have 7+ years in data analytics or related roles.
Strong client-facing communication skills are required.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Experience with pandas, dataframes, matplotlib, numpy is expected.
Experience writing DAX and M-language formulas and statistical forecasting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead data analysis efforts to identify trends and actionable insights for federal leadership.
Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to build reliable datasets.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and ETL logic for dashboards and reports.
