Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across warehousing and operations. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, design data models, and transform data using SQL and DAX.

Collaboration with HR, Finance, and site leaders is essential to deliver actionable insights. The role emphasizes developing scalable analytics solutions, mentoring teams, and leading projects across multiple sites onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Extensive experience querying, cleaning, and transforming data with SQL or similar languages.
• Proficiency in Power BI: dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Proficiency in writing DAX to automate/enhance Power BI reports.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and modern analytics trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects.
• Must be able to work fully onsite if role based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for operational and strategic decisions.
• Full development of Power BI including data visualization and data model design.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistics.
• Implement and maintain standard reporting tools for the site or sector.
• Assist HR, Finance, and other teams with customized analytical solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact for Power BI questions and analytics community.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data literacy and tool adoption.
• Manage analytics projects across multiple sites.
• Design and implement ETL data pipelines from various sources.
• Apply Python, R, or other analytics tools to enhance reporting and automation.
• Stay current with analytics trends to improve processes.
• Support site startups by implementing analytics tools and reporting frameworks.
