Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Data Analyst based in the United States to turn complex data into strategic decisions across both product and customer-facing teams. You’ll define and own metrics around product adoption, engagement, retention, and customer health, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, and translate datasets into clear insights for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product/customer analytics or similar
• Strong hands-on SQL and data transformation experience
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (Databricks, dbt, Looker)
• Ability to translate complex data into concise insights for executives

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and own measurement frameworks for product initiatives (adoption, engagement, retention, health)
• Automate and scale recurring data processes for stakeholder needs
• Act as data SME and align priorities across the org
• Analyze employee health, customer interests, user journeys, and product performance
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales throughout the lifecycle
• Create customer-facing insights and narratives for reviews and executive discussions
• Mentor analysts and raise the analytics function's impact
• Lead projects addressing immediate needs and long-term data capabilities
• Improve data governance, documentation, and reusable analytics assets
