Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team delivering dashboards, reporting, and strategic insights across Marketing, Digital, and Customer functions. You will partner with technical and business teams to translate analytics into actionable decisions.

You will recruit, mentor analysts and collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and product teams to integrate analytics and deliver impactful BI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and real-time/batch processing.
Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, GA, or Adobe Analytics.
Proven leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, coach, and mentor data analysts across multiple functions.
Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Technology, and business teams to integrate analytics into dashboards and reporting.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights.
Define data requirements, assess data quality, and handle data in big data environments.
Create interactive visualizations and presentations to support decision-making.
