Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI and secure data handling.
• Proficiency across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced knowledge of agile practices such as CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Knowledge of the financial services IT landscape.
• Cloud-native experience in AWS.
• Preferred: PiSpark, MongoDB, Oracle, Unix.
• Preferred: generative or agentic AI in design and coding.

Responsabilités
