Qualifications

• Preferred: 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization trends.
• Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefit initiatives.
• Prepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling tools.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
• Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice; present plan performance reports to clients on a schedule.
• Travel for client/prospect meetings up to 10% and allocate office time for planning and training.
