Job summary

HUB International is seeking an entry-level data analytics consultant in Cincinnati to deliver insights from medical and pharmacy claims data. You will generate actionable advice for clients and work with a team of experts in health care insurance analytics.

The role focuses on reporting, data interpretation, and supporting health plan decisions, with opportunities to learn health industry specifics and pursue certifications.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to support conclusions with data.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Interest in working with clients in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting used by HUB clients to understand healthcare costs and utilization.
• Analyze health care claims data to identify cost drivers and actionable insights.
• Coordinate annual processes related to health plan renewals for HUB clients.
• Collaborate with Benefit Consultants to answer client questions and needs.
• Support other team members to ensure timely completion of work.
