Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in data-driven environments, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications such as CBAP or Azure Data Engineer Associate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst in data-focused environments.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Spark and NoSQL data stores.
• Excellent communication to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Certifications CBAP or data-specific credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex processes and data flows to define detailed data requirements.
• Translate requirements into logical and physical data models for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with infra and app teams for stable data environments.
• Design relational and non-relational schemas for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored logic for dashboards.
• Apply NoSQL modeling for large-scale semi-structured data.
• Define and validate ETL workflows aligned with data models.
• Utilize Spark for batch and near real-time pipelines delivering insights.
• Document data dictionaries source-to-target mappings for dev/testing.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and user adoption.
• Contribute to standardization of practices to raise data maturity.
