Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Engineer in Denver to advance enterprise reporting, analytics, and dashboard modernization initiatives. The role focuses on collecting, validating, and transforming data into actionable insights through advanced reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and automated analytics.

The ideal candidate will command expert Power BI, SQL, and Excel skills and have experience delivering executive-level reporting, KPI scorecards, and visuals

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting roles.
• Expert-level Excel skills and strong SQL/relational database experience.
• Experience building executive-level reporting, KPI scorecards, and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and present insights.
• Experience with automated reporting processes and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, validate, cleanse, and report on business data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Build automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Extract data from databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems.
• Design ETL processes, SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
• Support reporting modernization and data platform initiatives.
• Create executive KPI scorecards, trend reports, and performance dashboards.
• Consolidate data for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and ad hoc needs.
• Respond to leadership requests for analytics and insights.
• Document reporting requirements, logic, and data definitions.
• Collaborate with partners and leadership to improve reporting effectiveness.
