Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, R).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (8+ years of experience) to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving insights from complex datasets, building data-driven strategies, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and other analysts to design analytical solutions, deliver actionable insights, and help shape our data strategy. As a senior member, you will also mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices in analytics and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.
• Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, R).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and data warehouses.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP - e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse).
• Familiarity with ETL / ELT processes and data engineering tools.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts for advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of business domains (finance, marketing, operations, product, etc.).
