Qualifications

• 4+ years of data analytics or business analysis experience.
• Experience within private equity, alternative investments, asset management, or financial services preferred.
• Hands-on with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Proficient in Python, SQL; Snowflake/AWS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics solutions across private markets teams.
• Partner with investment, finance, and operations users to understand data needs.
• Use Python, SQL, and analytical tools to evaluate large datasets and automate workflows.
• Support data-driven investment research, deal diligence, sourcing, and related initiatives.
• Identify and prototype AI, LLM, and automation use cases.
• Translate business requirements into specifications for engineering teams.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and production rollout.
• Document data flows, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Evaluate new analytics, AI, and data platforms.
