Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Analytics for its EV Charging Solutions team in Plano, TX. The role blends strategy, data, and execution to deliver actionable insights and digital tools for EV charging services.

You will lead analytics workstreams, build data products, and support AI-enabled initiatives while partnering with business units to advance BEV sales and customer experiences. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position within a global mobility program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, BI, or analytics.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, or data lakes.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch EV charging pilots and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop data products, dashboards, and analytical tools to support EVCS.
• Produce insights from geospatial, telematics, and charging data to guide strategy.
• Own analytics workstreams from concept through deployment and improvement.
