Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to support Sales Data & Analytics for the Walmart account from Rogers, AR. The role focuses on data literacy, training, and improving decision-making across teams.

The hybrid office position entails limited travel and a salaried, exempt schedule. You will develop BI dashboards, optimize data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and reports.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing advanced SQL queries is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of BI dashboard tools, preferably Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI LLMs and prompting them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reporting and coordinate sales analysis and presentation needs.
• Serve as the data liaison for Scintilla data sources, transitioning tools and dashboards and creating new resources to drive results.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions to support Walmart sales and category strategies.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries across large datasets for scalable analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and governance across data sources.
• Support automation and process improvements to reduce manual reporting and accelerate insight delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Growth.
