Job summary

Nexiya in San Diego, CA is hiring a Data Analyst III to deliver advanced analytical support for a major utility organization. In this onsite role with the Advanced Distribution Management Team (ADMT), you will work with complex outage, customer, and operational datasets, using SQL to produce validated insights and recommendations.

The work centers on leading data requests, auditing outage-related data, and building reporting that leadership can act on.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or related roles.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, data extracts, or analytics using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
Strong working knowledge of relational data models and Oracle Database concepts.
Experience leading requirements discussions and documenting specifications for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data requests by mapping source data relationships and refining SQL queries.
Own outage data audits to surface gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Design and build dashboards and data views using outage, customer, and operational data.
Support development of outage trackers and cloud-based data environments where applicable.
Analyze Customer Success data and outage notifications to improve customer experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
