Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or recently active).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or social science field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or client-facing environments.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and visualization for decision-making.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; Google Suite a plus.
• Working knowledge of BI tools: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities, risks, and outcomes from data.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Willingness to travel to client site in Alexandria, VA.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analysis to support strategic change initiatives and present value-add recommendations.
• Translate client objectives into data-centered strategies in non-technical language.
• Analyze trends, clean data, and ensure data quality through QA reviews.
• Support enterprise data integration across applications and design data models.
• Assist with data governance, reporting standards, and dashboard best practices.
• Develop reports and presentations that integrate data, BI, and visuals.
• Perform coding in Google Sheets, Excel, R, Python, and SQL.
• Design workflows using Zapier, Pickaxe, Lovable; integrate AI LLMs into processes.
• Maintain client relationships, support business development, and expand scopes.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings; manage project lanes and tasks.
