Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for regulatory compliance, risk monitoring, and senior management decision-making. You will connect Tableau to SQL Server and data lakes, build scalable data models, and ensure data accuracy across evolving datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS/CS or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Experience with big data, data warehouses, and data retrieval/analysis.
• Knowledge of banking products and transactional data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reports for risk monitoring and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, assess policy/regulatory compliance, and determine root causes of issues.
• Develop data models and visualization standards to support reporting and issue management.
• Connect Tableau to SQL Server, data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise repositories; optimize dashboards for performance.
