Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Data Analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for regulatory compliance and risk monitoring. You will collaborate with REA, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Technology to transform data into actionable insights.

The role requires strong data visualization skills, big data handling, and an understanding of governance and compliance processes. Hybrid in-office with flexible options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, reporting, or risk/compliance roles.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with banking products and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics.
• Create data models, validate data quality, and ensure regulatory reporting readiness.
• Optimize Tableau performance and connect to SQL Server and cloud data sources.
• Prepare technical docs, data dictionaries, and training materials.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries with analytics insights.
