Cardinal Health in Hartford seeks a seasoned Business Intelligence professional to partner with internal customers and optimize warehouse and transportation operations through data and technology solutions. You will develop dashboards and translate insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong analytics background and supply chain knowledge, with collaboration across IT, Finance, Operations, and management to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (Business, Engineering, Statistics, CS, Math).
• Advanced degree is desirable.
• Certifications in APICS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management preferred.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with a focus on supply chain operations.
• Experience with Transportation/WMS/TMS systems preferred.
• Experience with Big Data, Data Lakes, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytics to model scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across the Global Logistics team from analysis to product ownership.
