Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence professional to drive analytics across the supply chain, enabling optimized transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. You will partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to align data solutions with business needs and executive priorities.

The role emphasizes translating insights into actionable recommendations, building interactive dashboards, and leading ML/AI initiatives within Global Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, CS, Math or related field preferred.
• Advanced Degree is desired.
• Preferred certifications: APICS Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of analytics experience with focus on supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and challenges, with transportation/warehousing expertise.
• Experience with TMS/WMS and Big Data systems/Data Lakes.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience with GCP BigQuery and Alteryx ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to present complex information clearly.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to model supply chain scenarios and forecast performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analyses and reporting.
• Lead ML/AI projects across Global Logistics with opportunity analysis, implementation, and product ownership.
