Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a Data Science & Analytics Analyst to produce standard and ad hoc reporting packages. You will develop dashboards and data pipelines for employers, enabling insights into leave of absence, disability, and life insurance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in a quantitative field, knowledge of R/Python, SQL, and Power BI, plus strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative field.
• Basic knowledge of health, disability, and life data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic programming knowledge (R or Python).
• Basic SQL/query skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI or similar visualization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer dashboards and data pipelines.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reporting packages for leave of absence, disability, and life insurance.
• Explain data visuals and concepts to customers in reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Support development of reporting templates and documentation.
