Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant analytical field; 3+ years post-grad experience (or 2+ with PhD)
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL required
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered agents and governance/guardrails
Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights to measure performance against competition and inform decisions
- Research, create and implement advanced statistical models and ML algorithms on structured and unstructured data to support decision making
- Build scalable AI- and LLM-powered data products for business partners at enterprise scale
- Communicate findings through reports, visuals, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior data scientist team members
