Job summary

VillageMD in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst, Revenue Performance to deliver accurate, actionable insights that improve operational performance and drive financial outcomes. As part of the Revenue Strategy & Performance team, you will develop dashboards, reporting standards, and a single source of truth for revenue data.

The role requires 5+ years of data analytics experience, advanced SQL, and Tableau or similar tools to enable leaders to make data-driven decisions in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, healthcare analytics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and financial analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational, financial, and revenue cycle data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Establish standardized reporting frameworks that create transparency and alignment across Revenue Cycle, FP&A, and Accounting.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for revenue-related data and performance metrics.
