VillageMD in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst, Revenue Performance to deliver accurate, actionable insights that improve operational performance and drive financial outcomes. Data Analyst, Revenue Performance is responsible for delivering accurate, actionable, and timely insights that improve operational performance, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial outcomes. As a key member of the Revenue Strategy & Performance team, this role advances the organization's mission to create transparency, alignment, and accountability across Revenue Cycle, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Accounting through trusted data, standardized reporting, and actionable performance insights.
This position serves as both a technical and strategic partner, leveraging data analytics and performance reporting to establish a trusted source of revenue information across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical solutions that provide visibility into operational and financial performance while enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
A primary objective of this role is to create and sustain a single source of truth for revenue data that increases transparency, reduces manual effort, improves reporting consistency, and strengthens organizational confidence in performance measurement. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, risks, and trends, and translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement and revenue optimization.
Working closely with Revenue Cycle, FP&A, Accounting, and executive leadership, this individual will play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision-making, performance management, and transparency across the enterprise.
This is an exempt position with a salary range of $73,000 - $92,000 based on experience.
