Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights driving financial and operational outcomes. You will build scalable analytics assets for finance and revenue cycle, connect operations to financial performance, and partner with executives on high‑impact data problems.

You’ll work with Databricks, SQL, R, Power BI and related Microsoft Fabric capabilities to create reliable data products, exploratory analyses, and recommendations that deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in analytics roles, including 2+ years leading projects with cross-functional business stakeholders.
• 2+ years writing data directly to a data warehouse.
• 2+ years partnering with finance, strategy and ops, FP&A, or revenue cycle management leaders.
• Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable business outcomes.
• Statistical and financial analytics, including analysis design and business case development.
• Expert proficiency in production-level SQL with large, partitioned tables.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery; quantify value and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Partner with finance and revenue cycle management to develop self-service reporting tools.
• Develop core KPIs and present health of the business to senior stakeholders.
• Create analytics products using Databricks, dbt, scripting and BI tools.
• Implement scalable analytics and Databricks workflows for modeling and automation.
• Build Databricks workflows to wrangle large datasets and automate analyses.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data foundations.
• Ensure analytics quality with validation, experiment design, reproducibility, and documentation.
• Define and monitor KPIs tying reporting to business objectives.
• Adopt BI standards across the organization including naming, docs, quality checks.
• Stay current with emerging analytics methodologies and tools.
