Leverage Databricks, R, and Power BI to build scalable workflows and BI products, boosting adoption and automating recurring analyses. A product-minded approach and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in analytics roles with 2+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• Expert SQL with production-level query optimization over large datasets.
• Proficiency in R, Power BI, and Databricks with a product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery, quantifying value and designing robust analyses.
• Partner with finance and revenue cycle management stakeholders to develop self-service reporting tools and KPIs.
• Build performant Databricks workflows and BI products to automate recurring analyses and drive adoption.
