Job summary

Adyen is seeking a high-impact Senior Data Analyst for the Customer Interfaces Data team in San Francisco. You will be the analytical engine behind proving how customer-facing interfaces, localized portals, and standardized design systems drive merchant success.

You will design advanced metrics frameworks across the customer journey, partnering with Product, UX Design, and Engineering to measure adoption and reduce friction, while guiding product decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product analytics, UX analytics, or web/mobile interface data roles.
• Proven ability to design and analyze large-scale experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong SQL and Python, with experience in Airflow and PySpark/Pandas.
• Experience collaborating with Product, UX Design, and Engineering.
• Proficient in communicating insights to diverse stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Interface Metrics Strategy: design, deploy, and maintain metrics tying interface performance to merchant success.
• Design System Analytics: measure adoption, usability, and UI performance of design system components.
• Drive Localization Optimization: analyze localized products to ensure native, conversion-optimized experiences.
• Execute rigorous A/B testing: run large-scale experiments and govern UX analytics tooling.
• Act as a trusted data partner for product, design, and engineering, delivering impact-driven recommendations.
