Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to help everyday people move from surviving to thriving with data-driven insights. You will apply SQL, Python and advanced Excel to build models, analyze the loan portfolio, and present findings to senior leadership.

Hybrid/remote options are available in the Phoenix and broader U.S. markets. The role requires 5+ years in data science or related fields, with MBA or master’s preferred, and proficiency in statistical

Qualifications

5+ years in data science, quantitative analysis, or stat. analysis; MBA or related master’s adds value
MBA or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, Finance, or Accounting
Self-starter who works well with leadership
Experience presenting analytic results via PowerPoint to executives
Understanding of regression, decision trees, and customer analytics
Strong MS Excel, basic SQL, and basic Python skills

Responsibilities

Provide real-time analysis of loan portfolio and new originations
Identify quality breakdowns in credit/underwriting to reduce risk
Use multivariate models to answer key business questions
Analyze sales funnels to ID opportunities for originations
Develop presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations for VP-level executives
Contribute to portfolio monitoring and credit risk controls
Hands-on implementation to ensure proposals deliver results
