Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a contract Data Analyst to help develop processes, gather requirements, and deliver dashboards that reveal how workforce time is spent. You will run data analyses, design sessions, and produce documentation, training materials, and executive-ready dashboards.

The role requires experience with Agile, JIRA, Tableau, and MicroStrategy, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Collaboration with PMs and stakeholders is essential for successful delivery.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure the data architecture is feasible to implement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver processes to increase transparency on workforce time allocation.
• Conduct data analysis and design sessions; create process docs, training, and business requirements.
• Build and maintain data models and operational dashboards for management.
• Contribute to story refinement and data collection/presentation in scorecards.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, and stakeholder management activities.
