Job summary

Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO)—Planning and Real Estate Directorate seeks a Data Analyst to support data asset management, quality, and reporting for PRE. You will work with the Directorate Data Lead to enhance data governance, produce dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership and customers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL/SAS/Power BI/Tableau, and a background in government data management.

Qualifications

US citizen with an active Secret clearance and nine years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytics to evaluate program performance.
Experience with data governance frameworks and data management practices.
Familiarity with GIS software and real property data assets.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau; ability to produce dashboards.
Strong written and oral communication; ability to brief stakeholders.
Experience in a government setting preferred.
