What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct diverse analyses to generate insights and improve client experience throughout the client journey
- Collaborate with case team heads to optimize reporting systems and ensure analytics are integrated into decision-making processes
- Develop engaging dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Produce ad hoc data reports using PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Word
- Translate complex data analyses into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Management Consulting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SQL and/or Python
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and Salesforce
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
