Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a senior Data Analyst, Power BI Developer to join the Lab team in Canada. You will design dashboards for AI products, from metrics definition to data modelling and reporting, enabling AI teams to improve user experiences and business decisions.

You will work with AI and Operations teams, analytics and data science professionals to deliver insight across data sources, ensuring dashboards are trusted sources of truth and responsive to ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience creating dashboards of varying complexity using different technologies.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake with an interest in dashboard best practices.
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and SQL.
Ability to manage large data volumes, clean and integrate data into dashboards.
Establish automated refresh schedules and processes where possible.
Highly strategic and creative in data integration and visualization.
Analytical, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented.
Experience with omnichannel data analysis and web analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with cross‑functional audiences.
Previous experience in large organizations and ability to influence change.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into metrics that measure operational effectiveness of AI products.
Specialize in dashboard development and data pipelines using Power BI, Snowflake, and related tools.
Develop, produce and visualize data from multiple sources to reveal AI product performance.
Regularly improve dashboards, balancing internal clients' needs.
Collaborate with analytics teams and data scientists to ensure data meets requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to establish a single source of truth for dashboards.
Respond to ad hoc data requests.
