**Responsibilities**

Analyze, visualize, and interpret data from Pharmacy Systems to provide business insights to pharmacy leaders.

+ Assist in evaluating proposals for data collection through an understanding of the pharmacy business and applications needs.

+ Assist in planning and implementing activities required for the collection and analysis of data related to pharmacy business needs.

+ Maintain data collection systems (e.g., databases and spreadsheets) by troubleshooting problems, providing user support and education, and promoting integration with other systems.

+ Develop and run queries; utilize data to support assigned business areas and organize them in a format for ease of review and use.

+ Understand business processes and how data is created in pharmacy software systems to provide insights to business leaders on how to improve patient access, satisfaction, and cost.

+ Conduct complicated and detailed analyses of data for pharmacy business functions.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

+ 3 years of experience preferred.

**Additional Preferences**

+ Experience working with data from pharmacy systems or electronic health records.

+ Strong background in analyzing data and providing insights through understanding of complex data.

+ Experience using tools like SQL, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and Tableau.

+ Experience creating insights for business leaders.
