Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data analysis, mapping and transformation in enterprise data environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, including analytical functions, query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL/data flow processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data analysis, including profiling, validation and transformation for large-scale data integration and reporting projects.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and documentation based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Work with data engineers to implement data consolidation, standardization and transformation logic.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance and accuracy with large databases.
• Participate in data quality assessments and recommend cleansing or enrichment strategies.
• Leverage P&C domain knowledge to align data with business processes.
• Facilitate communication between SMEs, data modelers and technical teams for successful data delivery.
