Job summary

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and data engineers to profile data, validate quality, and translate requirements into technical specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data analysis and transformation in enterprise data environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including analytic functions and performance tuning.
• Experience developing source-to-target mappings (STTM) and ETL data flows.
• Knowledge of data quality, profiling, and data integration across heterogeneous sources.
• Deep domain knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data analysis including profiling, validation, and transformation for large-scale integration and reporting projects.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and documentation from business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Partner with data engineers to implement data consolidation, standardization, and transformation logic.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance on large datasets.
• Participate in data quality assessments and propose cleansing or enrichment strategies.
• Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure data aligns with business processes.
• Facilitate communication between SMEs, data modelers, and technical teams to ensure delivery.
