Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation in enterprise data environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including analytic functions, optimization and tuning.
• Proven experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL/data flows.
• Exposure to data consolidation, standardization and transformation across heterogeneous sources.
• In-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end data analysis including profiling, validation and transformation.
• Develop source‑to‑target data mappings and related documentation.
• Gather, analyze and translate functional requirements into specs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement and validate data consolidation and transformation.
• Optimize SQL queries for large datasets and performance.
• Contribute to data quality assessments and enrichment strategies.
• Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure data aligns with business processes.
• Foster effective communication among business SMEs, data modelers and technical teams.
