Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analysis, mapping, and transformation in enterprise data environments.
• Deep experience in P&C insurance data and lifecycle (policy, claims).
• Strong SQL expertise with analytics functions and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data analysis, profiling, validation, and transformation.
• Develop source-to-target mappings (STTM) and supporting documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and translate functional business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Partner with data engineers and developers to implement and validate data consolidation, standardization, and transformation logic.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and accuracy across large datasets.
• Perform data quality assessments and recommend data cleansing and enrichment strategies.
• Apply P&C Insurance domain knowledge to ensure data aligns with business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, data modelers, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Create and maintain clear technical and business documentation throughout the data lifecycle.
