DataFitch is seeking a senior Business Data Analyst to lead enterprise data analysis and transformations within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. You will act as a lead liaison between Data Engineers, Actuaries, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

You will perform end-to-end data profiling, develop STTM/BRD, and collaborate on Snowflake‑based transformations. Strong SQL and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Data profiling, validation, and transformation for enterprise initiatives.
• Create STTM, BRD, and data analysis documentation.
• Coordinate between data engineers and actuaries for delivery.
• Understand SDLC and enterprise data delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance data and lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Perform end-to-end data analysis for enterprise data initiatives.
• Develop and maintain STTM and BRD documentation.
• Act as primary liaison between data engineers, actuaries, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on data consolidation and transformation logic, using Snowflake.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
• Apply P&C insurance domain knowledge to ensure data aligns with needs.
• Participate in SDLC activities, including design reviews and testing.
