Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field or 8+ years technical experience.
• 3–5 years of data analytics, database administration, BI, or related analytics in government/defense/large enterprise.
• Relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and DB management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise databases and data management systems for secure data access.
• Integrate, validate, transform, and maintain data from multiple sources for reliable datasets.
• Implement data standards, QA, and automated ETL to improve data integrity and efficiency.
• Apply database design, data mining, segmentation, scripting, and automation for enterprise data management.
• Use SQL, Python, R, XML, JavaScript, ETL tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Apply statistical methods with Excel, SAS, SPSS to identify trends and risks.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses using SAP BO, Power BI, Tableau.
• Present findings to leadership, program managers, and stakeholders to support decisions.
• Collaborate with government customers and cross-functional teams to define analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and automate processes via data analysis.
• Troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues to ensure reliable system performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and PII/CUI handling policies.
