Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field or 8+ years of technical experience.
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience in databases, BI, or related analytics for large organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and database management.
• Experience with Python, R, and ETL/data integration techniques.
• Experience with BI/reporting platforms (SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in statistical methods and tools like Excel, SAS, SPSS, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise databases and data management systems for secure government data.
• Integrate and prepare data from multiple sources for analytics and reporting.
• Develop data standards, QA processes, and automated ETL workflows.
• Apply database design, modeling, and data mining to support enterprise data management.
• Utilize SQL, Python, R, XML, JavaScript, and ETL tools to extract and transform data.
• Apply statistical methods using Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools to identify trends and risks.
• Build and distribute dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations using BI platforms (SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with government customers and cross-functional teams to define analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reporting, and processes via data analysis and automation.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with information security and data governance requirements including CUI/PII.
