Job summary

HaloMD is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for NSA Informal Operations to support Open Negotiation Notices, Payor Mapping and Settlements. You will build dashboards, investigate data discrepancies, and partner with multiple teams to surface trends and ensure timely, accurate insights.

You will design scalable reporting and work with IT/data teams to improve data quality and inform capacity planning across ONN, Payor Mapping, and Payor Responses.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel features and data modeling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• StrongSQL querying and data warehouse understanding (Snowflake preferred).
• Analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in operational data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking task volume, aging, throughput, and capacity across NSA processes.
• Investigate data discrepancies to determine root causes and inform decisions.
• Identify recurring issues and surface emerging trends to leadership.
• Support capacity planning and staffing models using historical data.
• Document reporting logic and data definitions for continuity.
