Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL solutions.
• 3+ years scripting or programming experience (Python preferred).
• 3+ years data analysis and reporting experience.
• 3+ years experience supporting Medicare Advantage programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and support data solutions
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and work with technology teams to resolve data-related production issues
• Support implementation and ongoing management of data exchanges with external vendors and benefit administrators
• Validate, reconcile, and monitor eligibility, utilization, and benefit data to ensure accuracy of downstream reporting
• Establish understanding of the business (Medicare Product, Claims, Member eligibility) and collaborate with SMEs to shape solutions
• Engage with leadership teams to support ad-hoc data analysis in SQL Server and Snowflake and present findings
• Deliver high-quality data solutions that are scalable and sustainable
• Demonstrate leadership by driving work to completion and collaborating with team
• Contribute to analysis, requirements, and proposed solutions
• Maintain technical expertise through continuing education and evaluation of new tools
• Provide status updates and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership to drive projects toward goals and standards
